What the process looks like
1. Discovery & booking
We'll discuss your current setup, what you need help with, and whether this package is the right fit for your business.
2. Onboarding & asset collection
You'll receive onboarding information, a questionnaire, and access to a shared Google Drive folder where you can upload assets, branding, login details, and relevant files.
3. Build & setup
I'll complete the agreed setup work, test everything properly, and keep things moving in the background without needing you to be constantly available throughout the day.
4. Handover & support
Once everything is complete, you'll receive a walkthrough video explaining your setup, along with a short support window for minor troubleshooting questions afterwards.

Payment is split into two stages:

That can absolutely be discussed during the discovery call. Some clients are still finishing things off when they enquire

No. I can recommend a suitable option based on your business and what you actually need, rather than what the internet intsists everybody should be using
What happens after the setup is complete?
You'll receive a walkthrough video and a 7-day troubleshooting support window for minor fixes and questions
Can I request additional work afterwards?
